Purchases
The purchase process is simple and is described as follows:

When balloons (latex or foil) are placed directly in the sun the latex or metallized material boils and the balloons explode. Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat, the steam, causes them to deflate or explode.

If you send a wrong address, you will have an additional charge for the delivery. Party Now is not responsible for shipping and delivery charges if the customer provides incorrect data for delivery.

We are not responsible for the handling and result in which your bouquets, decorations, balloons may arrive.

In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be verified to schedule a new date. In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the order is placed, in the case that the product to be made is already started, no refund will be made.

Warranty and returns

All products have a 3 month legal warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for failures in a product caused by conflicts during the manufacture of the product. The warranty of the products in no case covers shipping costs to or from our company. If under warranty you have to send a product to our company, the warranty DOES NOT COVER that shipping cost.
