Normal delivery hours are 8:00 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday-Friday. Deliveries can be made 24 hours a day at an additional cost.

Delivery cost is determined by different factors that include location, time parameters, etc. Last-minute orders or deliveries that require specific time frames may incur additional fees. Our delivery charges start at $95.00 round trip. Please contact one of our event rental specialists for a quote for your event.

Our delivery team will deliver your rented items to a central location at the event site for you or your team to place accordingly. Delivery and pick up is simply a drop off service.

Please note that set up is NOT included in the delivery & pick up fee. Rented items are simply dropped off at the event site unless you elect to have our team handle the set up for you and in this case set up fees will apply.

If our drivers have to wait to deliver or pick up an event post rental labor & trucking fees of $75 per half hour will be billed to the client to cover these additional expenses. Please note that our truck may need to leave the venue to meet another delivery or pick up time frame and in this case a complete re-delivery/pick up fee will be charged to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to make sure all rental items are ready and given to the drivers upon pick up. If any items are left behind it is the clients (or the clients representatives) responsibility to return the items to our store on the next business day following the event. If the client is unable to return any missing items then a pick up fee will be charged equal to the delivery & pick up fee originally charged on the invoice for another PN truck to come to pick up the item or items.

It is the customers and/or customers representative responsibility to provide Party Now with accurate event and delivery details in order to avoid any surprises for our delivery team which could put them behind schedule and subsequently subject the customer to post rental fees.

Deliveries with ANY stairs MUST be disclosed prior to delivery or the order will be subject to additional post rental fees or cancellation on site if the delivery is deemed too difficult and/or dangerous by our delivery team leader.

It’s recommended but not necessary for you to be home when your order is delivered. If you are not going to be home or are uncertain if you will be there at the time of delivery, please let us know so we can ensure your rentals are delivered as requested.

Party Now can set up and take down all rental equipment (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) for an additional charge. Please contact our event specialist to determine your setup needs.

There is no charge for event consultations. One of our event specialists would be happy to visit your event site and help you determine your rental needs.

Reservations should be made at least 30 days before your event. However, we can accommodate last-minute orders based on availability.

No! Although we recommend you make reservations 30 days prior to the event, we understand that last-minute events do occur. Please contact one of our event specialists right away so we can help accommodate your order.

Yes, you can change your order, such as adding or removing items, your final guest count and balance payment due 10 days prior to your event date. The final invoice can be modified by 10% of the original reservation total. If your guest count goes up we cannot promise that we will have the extra inventory available for you, but of course we will do our very best to try and accommodate any increase. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss any changes you need to make.

Our standard rental period is for one day. However, we offer flexible rental periods based on your specific needs. We consider this to be a maximum of 72 hours, allowing for a drop-off day, full event day, and return day. Extended rental periods may be available upon request.

A damage waiver is a fee that covers accidental damage to rental items during your event. It is a small percentage of your total rental order and helps protect you from unexpected expenses in case of accidental damage. Examples of normal wear and tear may include broken glassware or chinaware, stained linen, dented trays, or scratched flatware.

The Damage Waiver Fee is non-refundable and taxable and cannot be waived. The Damage Waiver fee does not cover:

Theft or missing equipment

Damage resulting from vandalism or intentional or improper use

Damage due to items being left out in inclement weather

Damage to motors or electrical appliances caused by improper current/voltage

A notice of 4 days before the delivery date is required to cancel a reservation. Any specially ordered or subleased equipment is nonrefundable. All cancellations or restrictions made to a contract within four days of delivery or customer pickup are subject to a restocking fee of 50%. Once items leave the warehouse, you can no longer cancel them. Additions to the order will be honored if available.
