Balloon Disclosure

Party Now cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered. 

All balloon sales are final sale. Balloons are, by nature, temporary items: Although Party Now uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight and other uncontrollable factors. 

Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes only in the best interest of our clients. 

Deposits and Final Payment: We require 50% of your total as a deposit. 

All deposits are final. Any client who pays in full, 50% of their overall total is considered a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. 

Final payment is due 96 hours before your install date. If final payment is not rendered, you will forfeit your deposit and your install will not be delivered. 

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (5) business days before the day of your install. If you do not adhere to this cancellation policy, the full invoice amount will be due the day of your planned install. All deposits are final. Should you need to cancel your order, you will not be refunded your deposit. 

Weather Clause: In the event that the weather become an issue for your event, client’s may have a “raincheck” if they contact Party Now 36 hours prior to their install. Should a client not have an alternative weather plan on file and does not contact Party Now 36 hours prior, full payment for the project will be due. After Party Now has installed, we are not responsible for natural conditions that may affect the balloons (cold, heat, wind, rain, sleet, snow, hail, etc.) 

Injury Clause: Party Now is not responsible for accidental injuries that may occur after any installation has been completed. If you see any hazard while we are there or after we have left, please notify us immediately by email or phone.

All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 9-10 hours. We DO NOT guarantee longer time because it depends on the weather conditions of your location.

Outside decorations need special set up installation and bases. There is an extra charge for this service. Please be advised that if you do not specify these details your decoration may fly away.

We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration.

Once we deliver the decoration and you accept it.  We do not come back for refills. The decoration will now be your responsibility.

If you want your decoration to be made and delivered within 24 hours you need to contact us directly for approval and a rush fee charge will be applied.

All our deliveries are performed during the morning or the afternoon, not specific time. If you desire a specific time, please call us to place your order.

The photos are for reference, and although we guarantee the delivery of an arrangement with excellent quality, the balloon arrangement may vary depending on our inventory existence.
